RENTAL RATES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: All Rentals are three day minimum. Receive 10% discount on extra days over three day minimum. "Sorry No Pets". Prime Season: Oct. 1st - Feb. 28th         Rate: $145 per night. Off Season: March 1st - May 30th            Rate: $135 per night. Summer Season: June 1st - Sept. 30th   Rate:$125 per night. There is a one time Hot Tub preparation/sanitizing fee of $45 (if used). Sorry Hot Tub not available April to Sept.         The cabin is inspected on the day of your arrival. The hot tub is drained and thoroughly cleaned after each rental.  The hot tub will be cleaned twice between each rental.  First after each rental and again before each new arrival. You will find the tub cleaned, filled and turned on before your arrive.  This property is our second home and we want you to feel comfortable and secure in the use of the hot tub.      We do not leave the water in the tub like some of the properties do.  It will be clean and ready when you arrive if you desire the use.   If you do not desire use of the  hot tub there is no preparation/sanitizing fee.  The hot tub will empty.  If after your arrive you change your mind and do want to use the hot tub the fee is $ 60.00.  The additional expence is to cover the caretaker expenses for an additional trip to set the tub up. Check in on day of arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Later arrivals must be arranged in advance.  Check out is 12 pm on day of departure.
