Cabin Features & Amenities: Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, Master bedroom queen size bed, with balcony, 25 inch TV with DVD & VHS player. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a Trundle bed with slide out bed; also has balcony.
Total Occupancy is: 6 persons maximum, including children. The trundle and its pull out bed is suitable for children or smaller adults. There are no additional charges for individuals up to the maximum of 6 persons. The total overnight occupancy of 6 persons is strictly enforced. Living Room: With real wood burning fireplace, New 32 inch TV with DVD & VHS player.
Microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, mixer and all eating and cooking utensils. Soap, cleaning supplies and garbage bags are under the sink.
Gas grill on back porch. HOT TUB: A new 5 person hot tub is located on the lower deck with a view of the pond area. The hot tub will be cleaned and ready to use on your arrival. Our Hot Tub uses an Ozone generator for purification. There is no chlorine or chlorine odor to burn your eyes or smell. The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest departs and again cleaned and filled before each new rental period. Extra towels are located in the laundry room for hot tub use. What We Ask Of Our Guests: Please enjoy yourself. We want you to feel like this is your second home. We ask that you be careful with fire and don't leave the fireplace or grill unattended. Don't overload the fire place with too much wood. The fire place insert will burn for hours with just a couple of 4 inch logs. Please keep the door to the fire place insert closed. The vent handle on the front of the insert should be pushed to the back position to burn properly. If you have any questions please call the property manager. The number is located on your information and conformation sheet. PLEASE Supervise your children at all times. Never leave them alone or without supervision at the pond. For your safety NO swimming in the pond. There are tree trunks, roots and large boulders in the pond making it unsafe for swimming or diving. There are bass and bream in the pond. The fish are pets and will readily come to you if you throw out scraps of bread for them. If you have children who would like to fish we ask that you only practice catch and release fishing. By doing so others can enjoy the fish. There are a few large Carp in the pond to control the weeds and algae. Feel free to feed the fish but Do not approach the wildlife! They may appear tame, but are wild animals. The property adjoins the National Forest and the wildlife is abundant. In the winter there are hunters in the National Forest. We suggest that you stay on the gravel roads and on the property if hiking. Wearing bright color clothing is a good idea if you are out hiking. A map of the 25+ acres of property boundaries will be furnished with your confirmation and information sheet. The property is marked NO Trespassing or Hunting. Only the property manager and owners and you authorized to be on the property during you stay. Please no firearms. Do not cut or damage the any trees or flora. The fire place with the Buck© insert will actually heat the entire cabin. You have your choice of the central heat or the fire place for heating. There is a $175 fee for cleaning and airing out the cabin if the cleaning service determines that the non smoking rule has been broken. NO swimming in the pond.
